Each F.I.T. workout
consists of 25 minutes of cardiovascular training. Your
cardiovascular training, as with all of our training will be
customized to your individual needs.
You will begin with a
moderate intensity cardio program to build your cardiovascular
endurance and will progress to the ultimate fat burning of
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This allows you to
burn the most fat in the shortest amount of time!
Strength training is another key component to improving your
body and your life.
Benefits of strength training include:
Increased BMR (basal
metabolic rate) – the number of calories you burn while doing
nothing at all!

F.I.T. workout will consist of 30 minutes of strength
training, and each workout is completed under the guidance and
supervision of a Certified Personal Trainer.
Perhaps the most important, and most often overlooked, part of
your body transformation program is proper nutrition. Your
F.I.T. program includes nutrition guides, coaching, recipes,
and a daily journal to keep you focused and track your
progress. There is no point in working your butt off in the
gym if you are not providing your body with the proper fuel

only the stress that you put on your body during exercise, but
the recovery that takes place after your workout. Proper
recovery and “new body building” cannot take place without

level of accountability. All of your workouts will be
scheduled appointments with a Certified Personal Trainer.
Everyday your trainer looks forward to seeing you and they
will be a part of your progress every step of the way.
Also, you will be given a
journal to hold you accountable to your nutrition plan, sleep,
water consumption, etc. Your journal also includes space where
you will set short and long term goals and track your progress
on each goal. Rest assured, you will not fall off the wagon
when you are a part of F.I.T.! We will see you through from
the very beginning until you reach every goal you set!
